Every supplier compliant, without the chasing.
Suppliers send their insurance, bank details, accreditations and policies once, through a personal link. Savvi checks them against your rules and keeps them current.
Collected once. Checked always.
- 01Send a linkEach supplier gets a personal link, on its own or with a tender invitation.
- 02They complete itEvery item is a card: what's needed, why, and an upload, tick or form. It saves as they go.
- 03You reviewAccept each item, or send it back with a note the supplier sees straight away.
- 04Savvi checks the rulesMinimum cover, expiry dates and required items, checked automatically.
- 05Kept currentSuppliers are emailed a month before anything expires. Lapsed items clear their status.
- 06Reused every timeThe next tender only asks for what's missing or expired. Nothing twice.
A checklist they can actually finish.
Each item explains what's needed and why, with the right control for the job: an upload with an expiry date and cover amount, a tick, a typed signature, or a short form. Progress saves as they go, and they submit when they're ready.
- No login, no email attachments, no chasing for the right version
- Clear status per item: needed, submitted, accepted or sent back
- Signed declarations record the name, job title, date and where they signed from
Accept it, or send it back with a reason.
Everything a supplier sends lands on their record's Onboarding tab. Savvi highlights anything that breaks a rule, so the review takes seconds, and a returned item tells the supplier exactly what to fix.
- Rules checked for you, such as minimum public liability cover
- A second check for bank details before they count
- A full record of who accepted what, and when
Expiry dates you never have to track.
Dated items such as insurance, ISO certificates and policy reviews are watched for you. Suppliers are emailed a month ahead, and a lapsed item clears their status until it's replaced.
- Expiring items across every supplier, in one list
- Status cleared automatically when something lapses
- Fresh certificates requested at award, so contracts start compliant
No bid, and no award, with gaps.
Prequalification sits on the same record and is reused for every tender. You can invite a supplier who hasn't finished, but they can't submit while a required item is outstanding, and the award won't go to anyone who isn't fully compliant.

Questions
Do suppliers need to create an account?
No. They use a personal, secure link. It works on its own for onboarding, or alongside a tender invitation, so both can happen at once.
Can we change what we ask for?
Yes. The checklist items, which are required, and their rules (for example minimum insurance cover or how long a certificate must still be valid) are settings, not code. Add, edit or retire an item at any time.
What happens when a certificate expires?
The supplier is emailed a month before. If it lapses, their onboarded or prequalified status is cleared until a new one is accepted, and they're flagged on any tender they're part of.
Can we invite a supplier to a tender before they've finished onboarding?
Yes. The outstanding items travel with the invitation. The supplier can't submit a bid while a required item is missing, sent back or expired, and can't be awarded with anything outstanding.
Who checks bank details?
Bank details can require a second person, typically in finance, to confirm them before the item counts as accepted.
